Health-e-Habits is a project dedicated to helping parents and caregivers navigate the challenges of digital media and its impact on children’s mental health. By curating the most effective research, expert insights, and practical strategies, we provide clear, actionable guidance on fostering balanced, healthy technology use. Beyond digital literacy, we advocate for the power of free play, encouraging kids to step away from screens and engage in outdoor activities.
