BLOOD ANTIQUITIES is a documentary film telling the story of the global illegal trade in antiquities - a crime that usually goes undetected, unreported, un-investigated, and un-prosecuted. BLOOD ANTIQUITIES focuses on art dealers who profit from looted antiquities from the Middle East. This film is being made in collaboration with The Clooney Foundation for Justice. Director Bella Monticelli is an award-winning documentary filmmaker focusing on filmmaking as advocacy, having made documentaries around the world in crisis, climate, and conflict zones.
