Eva Haller – Board Chair
Hungarian-Born Eva Haller has been a fierce advocate for social justice since the age of thirteen, when she would sneak out with her brother, John, to assist distributing anti-Hitler pamphlets throughout Budapest. John’s death propelled Eva to be the activist she is today. From joining the Selma march with Dr. King, to traveling the world as a UNICEF volunteer, Eva has been at the heart of what matters.
She has engaged in and mentored countless organizations and is the recipient of many awards including: The Mandala Award for Humanitarian Achievement, The Inaugural Mentoring Award at Forbes Women’s Summit, and A Lifetime Achievement Award at the United Nations Population Fund. More recently, she received the Ban Ki-moon Mentorship Award.
A member of Synergos’ Global Philanthropists Circle, Eva participates in a community of international do-gooders who use their time and resources to fight poverty and injustice.

Daniel Bena
Daniel Bena
Dan Bena is a man who believes in using the resources and reach of the private sector to make the world a better place, through genuine, strategic, and impactful partnerships that benefit business and society. He is currently the Head of Sustainable Development for PepsiCo, the world’s second largest food and beverage company, which serves consumers in more countries and territories than the United Nations has members. Dan is a liaison between GovernmentAffairs, Public Policy, Communications and Operations to “connect the dots” for impact and develop advocacy and messaging to key stakeholder groups. He serves on the Public Health Committee of the Safe Water Network, dedicated to market-based, sustainable community level solutions to provide safe drinking water in developing economies; the Leadership Group of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD); and Steering Board of the International Finance Corporation’s 2030 Water Resources Group Initiative. He formerly served on the Steering Committee of the United Nations CEO Mandate, and the Board of the International Society of Beverage Technologists. Most recently, Bena was elected to the Boards of the Washington-based US Water Alliance, and the Creative Visions Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to developing youth as agents of positive social change.
He represented PepsiCo as one of only three invitees by the Federal Ministries of Germany to speak about the Food:Water:Energy Nexus in preparation for Bonn 2011. He was honored to deliver the keynote address at the Farm to Fork Royal Gala in the presence of TRH Princess Madeleine and Prince Daniel of Sweden, and has spoken at over 100 venues which span the business, government, academic, and non-profit worlds. In July, 2012, he was one of four witnesses invited to provide testimony to the US Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, Subcommittee on Water and Power. He was invited by the mayor of his city to serve on a new Sustainability Advisory Board to develop a forward-looking sustainability plan for the city, one of only three nationwide selected to pilot a new sustainability planning tool kit based on the successful PlaNYC for the City of New York. He recently published his first book, Sustain-Ability: How a Corporate Conscience Sustains a Company’s Ability to Win, specifically to help other companies along their sustainability journeys. He lives in New York, USA with his wife, Diane.

Kim Brizzolara
Kim Brizzolara
Kim Brizzolara is currently producing a narrative feature film with executive producer Martin Scorsese, based on a memoir of a blind hero of the French Resistance; and is involved in the production of several other features and documentaries. She is on the executive board of the Hampton’s International Film Festival, where she created and co-chairs a seven-year-old juried section called Films of Conflict & Resolution; and she is on the board of the We Are Family Foundation.
Kim has served as a grants-maker for the Threshold Foundation, where she designated funds to non-profit organizations that focused on peace and national security issues; as acting director of the Coexistence Center at Baruch College School of Public Affairs, which focuses on conflict resolution, race relations, ethnic diversity and equity in the academic environment and in the community; as conference coordinator for Economists Allied for Arms Reduction and the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Center for Human Rights; as a campaign organizer for Mario Cuomo, David Dinkins and Michael Dukakis; as author of numerous policy and position papers, grants proposals and freelance articles.
She was a reporter for The Philadelphia Inquirer, and has an MA in Journalism from Boston University.

Dori Gurwitz is a Managing Director at PwC’s Workforce of the Future, leading commercializing of PWC’s Digital Workforce Transformation technologies.
With roots in Silicon Alley and Silicone Wadi, Dori comes from a deep technology disruption background, driving change via core technologies in Telcos and Mobile operators, Media & Entertainment, Government, Banking, Auto and Sports.
Prior to PwC, Dori lead New Business at Lisnr, a core technology company for data delivery over sound, selected by CNBC as a Disruptor 50 with the likes of Uber and Space-X. Before that, he served as VP of Business Development and Sales at NewRow, an innovative developer of collaborative conferencing technologies.
Dori is passionate about the role that technology can play to break social barriers, improve gender equality, and increase global social awareness. This passion was behind his founding of Bush Warriors, a social media driven NGO for African wildlife conservation. Dori grew up in Nairobi, Kenya and witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of ivory and rhino horn crimes. Bush Warriors contributed to the passing of new global laws which protect wildlife and its communities.
Dori is a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business and is ranked in the top 5% of global workforce for innovation and leadership

Megha Kadakia
Megha Kadakia
Megha Kadakia is a producer, strategist, and impact leader whose work lives at the intersection of storytelling, culture shift, and systems change. With over 20 years of experience across independent film, corporate strategy, and nonprofit leadership, she brings a rare blend of creative vision and operational discipline to every project she touches.
She recently produced the feature film PATEL, a gangster dramedy with a South Asian twist that just wrapped production and was featured in Variety. Megha also served as Co-Executive Producer on the Oscar-nominated documentary To Kill A Tiger, leading the global #StandWithHer impact campaign focused on gender justice, male allyship, and survivor support. The campaign has partnered with UN Women and Equality Now, and includes a robust education and policy initiative that spans from Capitol Hill to grassroots communities.
Megha is the co-founder of Prism Entertainment, a production company she leads alongside award-winning filmmakers Priya Giri Desai and Shruti Ganguly. Prism champions bold, disruptive stories with women and narrative change at the center. Most recently, Prism signed a development deal with MACRO, expanding its reach across film and television.
In addition to her creative work, Megha now serves as a fractional Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a range of mission-driven organizations and media ventures. She advises leadership teams on strategic growth, operational design, impact campaigns, and narrative positioning—bridging vision and execution in high-stakes, high-impact environments.
Her earlier work includes producing acclaimed features such as The Tiger Hunter, Miss India America, Hummingbird, and Raspberry Magic. Prior to her film career, Megha held strategic leadership roles at The Walt Disney Studios and Deloitte Consulting, where she spearheaded global initiatives and helped launch new business models. She also served as Head of Media/ CSO at Creative Visions, where she built and scaled impact programs that blended storytelling with measurable social change.
A proud UCLA alum with an MBA from Columbia Business School, Megha continues to build bridges across industries, stories, and communities—always with the goal of moving culture forward.

Elinor Tatum
Elinor Tatum
Elinor Tatum is the Publisher and Editor in Chief of the New York Amsterdam News, the oldest and Largest Black Newspaper in the City of New York, and one of the oldest in the Country.
Ms. Tatum was appointed to her position in 1997, and became one of the youngest publishers in Black Press history. Under her watch, the newspaper was modernized, moving from typewriters to computers.
Elinor Tatum also produces and co-hosts a weekly segment of Al Sharpton’s Weekly Radio Show “Keep’in It Real”– inviting members of the Black Press to discuss national issues facing the African American community. She has guest hosted the WWRL Radio morning and afternoon drive programs. Ms. Tatum has appeared on The O’Reilly Factor, 20/20, New York 1, CUNY TV, The Today Show, and NBC Nightly News.
Elinor Tatum is a member of the Board of Trustees of her alma mater, St. Lawrence University. In addition she sits on the Board of the New York Urban League, The Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem, The South Street Seaport Museum, Chinatown YMCA, The New York Press Association and until recently served on the Board of Inner City Broadcasting. She is the former Secretary of the National Newspaper Publishers Association.
Ms. Tatum has been selected for inclusion in Who’s Who of American Women, Millennium Edition and subsequent editions. She is the recipient of many awards and honors including: Doctor Of Humane Letters Honorus Causae from Metropolitan College, Manhattan Borough Presidents’ Women’s History Month Award, Advocates Award, Women Who Make A Difference, Outstanding Business Empowerment Award, Standing On their Shoulders Award, and the Good Scout Award.
Ms. Tatum was educated in New York City for Primary and Secondary School, and later studied Government at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. She continued her education at Stockholm University in Stockholm, Sweden. While in Sweden she studied International relations and the Swedish model of government.
