Sundowners are our favorite summertime tradition - cold drinks, good music, and phenomenal people joining together to toast to a beautiful sunset over the Pacific Ocean at the Dan Eldon Center for Creative Activism.
To kick off this year, we have a special performance by Thomas Muchimba Buttenschon.
For this event, we're partnering with our CAP project Doin' My Drugs, a multi-platform project that encompasses a feature length documentary film, an album, and the launch of a non-profit foundation, all revolving around life of activist musician Thomas Muchimba Buttenschøn - born HIV+ in 1985 - and his crusade to wipe out AIDS in his native Zambia, and beyond.
Peripheral soundscape provided by Chris Clemo. Check out his Soundcloud for music and full bio.
