Finding Calm & Restoring Connection is a multi-part storytelling project that follows real people navigating profound emotional terrain—neurodivergence, post-traumatic burnout, community grief, and post-disaster rebuilding. Through intimate narratives, it documents—and sparks—the quiet revolution unfolding in medication-free nervous system healing.
