EXPND.STUDIO is a dynamic video-based mental wellness platform/channel where people share their stories or listen to others through thought-provoking films, conversations and user-generated content. EXPND.STUDIO creates a community where all can explore the relationship between introspection and self-expression, realizing our social and brain health and the potential for transformation. Witnessing the uncomfortable and challenging is a crucial step on the journey to expressing our true-selves. Storytelling starts the conversation and ends the isolation.
