The Project Gallery is a collection of projects produced by members of our fiscal sponsorship program and other Creative Visions impact media programs. This includes projects that are currently in production, as well as completed projects.
Creative Civics
Creative Civics helps people feel empowered to translate their stories into effective advocacy designed to hold leaders accountable and strengthen our democracy.
We believe that democracy can only function if our elected officials regularly interact and engage with their constituents. At Creative Civics, we teach people aged 14 and up how to translate their experiences into stories that deliver effective advocacy messages and then we connect them with their elected officials so they can begin their advocacy journeys.
Creative Civics partners across the United States with schools, community and non-profit organizations to teach their students, volunteers and staff how to effectively advocate for the causes they care about. We train participants how to craft their personal stories in ways that connect to the policy goal they seek to change and encourage all mediums of storytelling to enhance the emotional appeal of their messages. Creative Civics then connects participants with their elected officials and staffers in order to provide space for participant stories to be heard and to begin building ongoing relationships with their civic leaders to bring about positive change.
