Inspired by one woman’s shocking true story, UNBECOMING features a theatrical show and story-driven campaign that reconnects our personal wellbeing with the wellbeing of our planet.
UNBECOMING is the inaugural project of Grown Mind, a storytelling‑driven mental health initiative that reveals our mental health crisis and climate crisis as two sides of the same wounded ecosystem. Using storytelling as both the diagnostic tool (naming what’s broken) and the medicine (rebuilding connection), Grown Mind launches with UNBECOMING, a theatrical solo show set to premiere at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2026, accompanied by multimedia, community‑building campaigns that help people restore their personal wellbeing and reclaim our shared responsibility for the wellbeing of our planet.
