The Narcissist’s Playbook is a feature-length documentary that exposes the hidden mechanics of narcissistic abuse—from intimate relationships to global leadership. Filmed across five countries, it offers rare and unsettling access to self-aware malignant narcissists who openly share how they manipulate, control, and deceive. Alongside their chilling confessions, the film follows a journalist unraveling the misconduct of a therapist, while survivors, scientists, and clinicians provide crucial context.
The term “narcissist” is widely used, but few understand the systematic strategies—the playbook—these individuals follow. The documentary not only reveals these tactics but also empowers viewers to recognize manipulation, trust their instincts, and protect themselves from emotional harm.
