The Check In
The Check-In exists to make sure BIPOC youth have access to the care they need—free therapy, yoga, and meditation—because wellness shouldn’t be a privilege.
The Check-In is a wellness initiative designed to support BIPOC youth by providing free resources like therapy, yoga, and meditation. Born out of a deep belief in the right to well-being, The Check-In addresses the urgent need for culturally competent care amidst ongoing social justice movements. By breaking down barriers to access, it creates space for young people to heal, grow, and thrive in a world striving for equity.
