The BeSeen® Experience
A one-day workshop where you name the story you carry about being seen — and discover it isn't true.
The BeSeen Experience is a one-day workshop intensive that combines therapeutic coaching with professional photography to help adults examine and shift the beliefs they hold about how they are seen. Small groups of 8–12 participants move through three structured phases: naming the story they carry about their own image, stepping in front of the camera, and then seeing the photographs — which rarely match the story they told.
Facilitated by Hendrik Roggemann, a therapeutic coach and professional photographer, The BeSeen Experience is produced by cloudgazers Community Arts & Education in Los Angeles. The program serves adults from the creative community and the broader public, with a particular focus on making transformative self-inquiry accessible through the language of visual art.
