Artistic Director, Parson's Nose Theater
“This [our video] is just amazing. We are so delighted. The shots, the cuts, the inserts, the music, the whole style of the piece is exactly what we were looking for. Can't wait to share it...What you've done is perfection.”
Film Director & Producer
“WOW!!! That video is BRILLIANT! Everyone is so talented and amazing. Kathy... you are so PERFECT in this piece. Joyful. Damnit... it actually made me want to read the damn book. - On the In the Heart of Life promotional video”
Director of Dreamcatcher Youth Services
“...you got the essence of our work, the warmth, the dedication and love of the staff. The challenges youth face in our town. Each moment of the film captured a point of our story so effectively. So much has been told in these story you created. The first time I showed the film to someone who has known us for a year and not donated, she wrote a check. Everything in the film, I had told her, she had been at our program more than once! but the film found her heart. How can any non-profit express gratitude for a gift that will keep on giving us so much through reaching donors hearts. Thank you from our hearts.”
Wildlife Associates Team
“I want to thank you and your team for a truly smooth and professional taping experience. I was delighted with your flexibility, enthusiasm, and creative touch. I am very confident that the finished product will serve us well...”
Head of Seven Arrows Elementary School
“As we begin anew tear at Seven Arrows Elementary School, we want to take this time to officially thank you and your dedicated, hard working team of creative activists for the powerful and amazing video you made for us. While we have said it to you many times, we wanted to put our deep gratitude and profound thanks in writing. Telling our story in such a beautiful, organic and joyful way was done with such care and love. You and the team captured the true essence of our vision. Our website was updated during the summer and our home page, front and center, has a link to watch your video and tell our story. We are so proud to have this moving and jovial video to represent who we are and what we do....”
Manager of Whittier Trust in San Francisco
“One of my other foundation clients, heard about the piece that is being produced for Wildlife Associates and it moved them to make a very large commitment (it may end up being $100K this year)...when the Wildlife Associates Executive Director, Bruce Holaday, shared that you all were helping them tell their story by producing a video, my client was very impressed. So the small grant you received from the Walter S Johnson Foundation is leading to the funding of an entire year of the At Risk Youth Program at Wildlife Associates. The ripple effects of your work are powerful and I have no doubt this is a speck of a story in the scope of all that you are able to accomplish (but worthy of sharing anyway)”

BEST CARE POSSIBLE: Well-being at the End of Life
Based on the Award Winning Book, "The Best Care Possible: A Physician's Quest to Transform Care Through the End of Life" by Ira Byock, MD
“Americans are scared to death of dying and with good reason. While rarely easy under any circumstances, we make dying a lot harder than it has to be… Many people suffer from poorly controlled pain or other physical miseries and endure their final days feeling undignified and a burden to others. Few of us can even imagine how things might be different,” shared Ira Byock, MD.
“The Best Care Possible: Wellbeing at the End of Life” will change that. This series and its ancillary online, outreach and educational initiatives will show that a humane, empowered and enlightened approach to end of life care is possible for each and every one of us. As Dr. Byock reminds us, death is not optional. However, it doesn’t have to be approached with fear.
