Shipping Information
Orders within the USA
Creative Visions is pleased to offer Federal Express or UPS Ground delivery (arrives within 1-7 business days) on all orders within the United States. Please note Federal Express and UPS do not count the ship day as a delivery day.
We are happy to ship your order Federal Express or UPS standard overnight on all orders within the United States.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days. For example, an order placed on a Monday will ship on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on any United States national holiday will be shipped within 2 business days after the holiday.
Outside the continental US; International Orders
Any orders outside the continental US will be shipped USPS Express Mail. Express Mail orders arrive to all international destinations within 5-10 business days.
Please note that Creative Visions cannot be responsible for, nor will pay, customs charges imposed by foreign governments.
All international orders are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
Orders placed on any United States holiday will be shipped the next business day.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns for Refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges. For merchandise refund, returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Returns for Exchange:
Your new item will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund or store credit.
How To Return Merchandise:
Without exception, returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail. All returns must be insured for full value.

The Creative Visions Store operates out of North Central Hobbies, located in St. Louis, Missouri, which is owned by Bill Egsieker; our Online Gallery Curator. Bill handles the distribution of the Online Store merchandise and if you are in St. Louis or traveling through, you can get the merchandise right there in his store. The store is centrally located at 9630 Lackland Rd., St. Louis, Missouri 63114. Only 4 miles south of Lambert airport and only 15 minutes from Downtown St. Louis
