To nurture confident, cheerful AIDS-orphaned children who will do well in school and later in life. To provide a home, healthcare and loving support to the orphans, while building sustainability through farming and other means.
Project Summary
Cura Orphanage is a residence for children who have lost their parents to AIDS.
Our home is located in the village of Cura, in Kenya, Africa.

Fifty children, ranging in age from 4 to 13 currently live at our Home, thanks to funding from Rotary Clubs in Kenya, Canada, UK and the United States, from the Slum Doctors Programme and from other well-wishers across the globe.
At Cura Orphanage we are committed to providing a loving home for our children, where they find safety, health and a new family.
Our children attend the local pre- and primary schools, and we strive at our Home to be an integral part of our local village. Cura is a place where hope has a place to grow.
