Erica Shubin

Erica Shubin is the Legal Counsel and Acting COO of Creative Visions, bringing more than 15 years of legal expertise in growing start-up companies in diverse industries. She was the Founder/CEO of a minority owned national law firm for 12-plus years, representing fortune 500 companies, as well as founder of other minority owned businesses in the financial and legal space.

Shubin’s businesses employed over 300 hundred personnel and generated over 15 million in yearly revenue. Her expertise encompasses superior analytic and strategic negotiation skills with proven ability to implement successful business practices and strategic partnerships. In 2013, determined to transcend her skills and experience into helping companies with a focus on philanthropy and global responsibility, Shubin closed her chapter in the financial industry sector and began consulting with start-up companies with a Corporate Social Responsibility focus.

Erica is married to Russell Shubin of ShubinDonaldson Architects, a company which prides itself on forward thinking, modern transformative design, and is mother of two young boys, Brach and Quaid, who are in training to elevate the conscious thinking amongst future world leaders. Shubin is a graduate of the University of Santa Barbara, and University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
