In association with our for-profit organization, Creative Visions Productions, CVF produces television series, specials and feature films to INSPIRE creative activists. CVP has produced a number of award-winning productions including:
- Dying to Tell the Story, Emmy-nominated TBS Special about journalists at risk.
- Soldiers of Peace, CNN documentary about the Children’s Peace Movement in Colombia.
- Global Tribe, a cutting-edge PBS series about grassroots social entrepreneurs.
- ExtraOrdinary Moms, a 90 minute special for OWN, the new Oprah Winfrey Network, hosted by Julia Roberts, profiling remarkable women who are changing the world for the better. Among the extraordinary moms being profiled are Christiane Amanpour, Rosie O’Donnell, Hillary Clinton, Margaret Martin (Harmony Project), Mayisha Akbar (Compton Jr. Posse) and Norma Bastides who raises money to prevent blindness. ExtraOrdinary Moms is set to premiere on Mother’s Day, 2011.

- Journey, a major feature film about Dan Eldon, co-produced with Julia Robert’s company, Red Om.
- Prized Women, a documentary about the seven living Nobel Women’s Peace Laureates, produced in association with the Nobel Women’s Initiative.
- Journey to Freedom, a documentary about Martha and Waitstill Sharp, a young American couple who went to Europe in 1939 and matched wits with the Nazis helping thousands escape Facism. A co-production with WETA for PBS.
- The Chosen — Hospice Care in America, (working title), a multi-platform initiative that takes a close personal look at end of life decisions. In development with WETA.
